3. Account Registration

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Writastic is registered or operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event that Writastic is not registered in a specific jurisdiction, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with widely accepted principles of international commercial law.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with any mutually agreed-upon mediation procedure. In the absence of such an agreed procedure, the mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the UNCITRAL Mediation Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. If the dispute has not been settled within 60 days following the request for mediation, or within such other period as the parties may agree in writing, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties, or in the absence of such agreement, shall be determined by the arbitrator.
